Shipping Policy

Notification of Your Order:

We will e-mail you personally to verify your order. If we see a problem or something that may not be right, we will call you.

Shipping Carrier:

US Customers: UPS shipping only unless otherwise specified.

International Customers: Please call.

Shipping Your Prom, Pageant or Other Formal Dresses:

If your dress style, size, and color is available in our in-house inventory, it will be shipped by the next business day. If you need the order expedited or have some other special need, please contact us.

If the dress or item is not available in our in-house inventory, it will take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. It takes this long to deliver a dress because it has to be special ordered from the manufacturer in your size and color, inspected, then sent to you.

Tracking Your Order:

We will inform you of your order and the charging of your credit card. Tracking numbers will be sent to your e-mail when the items have passed our inspection and are shipped from our store.
